We can only accept returns of unopened and undamaged products. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products for hygiene and health reasons.

Who pays for the return shipping?

The direct cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer, unless the package is defective, damaged, or you did not receive what you ordered.

When will you get your money back?

We will process your refund no later than 14 days after we receive the returned product from you.

The refund will always be made to the payment method you chose during the purchase.
